My name is Michael Stovall. I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I am husband to Tricia. I am father to Liana, Landon, Leighton and Liam. I grew up in the Granite Capital of Elberton, Georgia and graduated from Elbert County High School. I graduated from Truett-McConnell University (Associate of Arts), Shorter University (B.S. in Christian Ministry), Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv) and Luther Rice University (DMin in Expository Preaching). My hobbies include running, reading and spending time with my family and friends.
I have been a local church pastor since 2003 serving churches in the state of Georgia. Most recently, I have been serving as the Area Representative and Coaches Ministry Ambassador for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Volusia County, Florida. I also serve as the Discipleship Pastor at our church, FirstNSB in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
My passions are my faith relationship with Jesus, my family and helping people grow in their faith relationship with Jesus. Some would even say that I am passionate about eating Chick Fil A and rooting for my Georgia Bulldogs.
